Becoming a professional teacher requires a process that has much responsibility because I recognize that teaching is a dynamic field that constantly evolves. Teachers must update on the latest educational research, methodologies, and technologies. We actively participate in professional development opportunities, such as conferences, workshops, and online courses. We also engage in self-reflection and seek feedback from colleagues who continuously improve their teaching practice. Professional teachers recognize the value of collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders in the educational community. They share ideas, resources, and best practices with their peers. I consider this part very important, in order to enrich our knowledge and apply different strategies that can be functional in the classroom.
